It was Lydia's turn to have field day this last Friday and Harrison, Valerie, and I were able to go and watch and I am so glad that we did because it meant so much to Lydia. She had so much fun, here are the some of the events they did;
balancing a wet sponge on your head
hippity hop
tire rolling (she was excellent at this)
water balloon toss
catch the ball in the cone
placing a ring on a cone
sack race
balancing water filled cups on a tray
too bad posing for the camera wasn't an event, she would have won that one!
The purple team won 3rd place overall and sportsmanship.

And I had to laugh at Harrison's quote (on grandma's blog) about introducing himself as "crazy Harrison" made me laugh...out loud, uncontrollably, at work!
